Daily Walks

Here is Grant playing in his room.

Grant and I walk every morning or afternoon depending on my work.
He LOVES going for a walk!

Grant on the Kitchen Floor

Here is Grant slippin and slidin on the kitchen floor. I thought this video was funny! He also LOVES my kitchen rug for some reason. I have to keep a close eye on him considering he keeps trying to put it in his mouth! Typical baby..........

Grandma & Grandpa Erwin

Grandma & Grandpa Erwin came out for a visit this past week. Paul was in New Jersey all week for work, so they came to keep me company and see Grant (of course). It was a very nice visit. I don't like being alone at night! I think I hear things, hahahaha. Grants new tricks include saying "babababababa" and continuing to try to destroy things around the house.

FYI - After I put Grant to bed I come out to see mom asleep on the couch with Madison and Scooter. When I went to take the picture Scooter moved. I though it was hysterical and took a pic.

Little Pumpkin Picker

Paul and I took Grant to pick out pumkins. He was pretty tired and in need of a nap, so he is not to smiley in these pictures. But the colors are nice! Grant got LOTS of compliments on his socks. :)

He tried eating the hay....no big surprise there.

My Little Train Conductor

I think Grant looks like he should be a Train Conductor in this outfit. hahaha!

Mobility

As a parent you spend time wondering when will by baby sit up, crawl, hold their own bottle, walk, etc? I have never been one to want to rush any of the above. Which each of the milestones comes a new bucket of worries. I was in the kitchen cooking yesturday and Grant was in the living room playing with toys. I looked into the living room every couple minutes to check on him. After one glance I didn't see him. So I walked into the family room saying, "GRANT, where are you?!" This little squeal comes from behind a table, under his jumperoo where he is trying to pull down my curtains off the wall. Gotta love the mobility factor.

Here he is after I removed him from the attack position.

Rainforest Jumperoo

Grant absolutely loves his rainforest jumperoo. I actually think he might destroy it one day. He will grab the front portion and rock back-and-forth so vigorously I think the whole thing is going to tip over. He has clocked many hours in this thing; you have probably seen it in other pictures. I recommend this item to any expectant parents out there!
