Memorial Day Weekend

Our family had a great Memorial Day Weekend. We went to a cookout Friday night at DJ & Ashley's house, I had a garage sale Saturday morning, we had to missout on a different cookout at Noah, Ashley, and Norah's house we were supposed to go to on Saturday due to Grant's rash, then headed to Flora for Sunday and Monday. I have to get Princess in shape for horse camp...........heck, I gotta get Janna in shape for horse camp! ha!

Bathroom in the Basement......what a tongue twister!

We are adding a new full bathroom to the basement. Paul and DJ have been working dilligently on it in both of their spare time. They have actually come a LONG way in a short period of time. They started a little over a week ago and look at it! The shower is already in. We did not have a rough-in for plumbing, so they even had to dig up the basement floor! I have been very impressed with their handywork so far. I can't wait to decorate it! Having a third bathroom is going to be great.

Now that is what I call a DIAPER RASH!

Grant had the first diaper rash of his life this past week. (It is still clearing up). So we were pretty much letting him run around naked to let the air get to it to clear it up. I snapped some pix of him running around the house.

Brooke's Baby Shower

On Saturday Grant and I went to my cousin Brooke's baby shower down in DuQuion, IL. It was at my cousin Jill's house. It was a good time! I think Grant thought the party was for him.
